Who can use Med Assist?

Med Assist is built for registered doctors in Bangladesh. Any doctor can sign up, and the account unlocks once their BM&DC registration has been reviewed and approved. Doctors can then add assistants to help run their chambers.

Can I manage multiple chambers?

Yes. You can add each chamber you practise from, with its own details and consultation schedule, and switch between them from the same account.

Can I create digital prescriptions?

Yes. Prescriptions are written in a structured form — complaints, findings, diagnosis, medicines with dosage and duration, advice and follow-up — and printed on a consistent layout you can configure per chamber.

Can I manage patient records?

Yes. Each patient has a record with their details and visit history, including the prescriptions written for them, so earlier visits are easy to look back on.

Does Med Assist support appointment and serial management?

Yes. You or your assistant can keep the day's serial for each chamber — name, time slot and status — without a paper register.

Can I access my practice from different devices?

Med Assist runs in a modern web browser, so you can sign in from a computer, tablet or phone without installing separate software.

Can a patient view their prescription without installing anything?

Yes. Every prescription gets a shareable link sent by SMS that opens in any browser, with no login and nothing to install.

Can my assistant use Med Assist too?

Yes. Invite them by email and assign them to specific chambers with exactly the permissions you choose. Those boundaries are enforced on our backend, not just hidden in the interface.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Creating an account needs no payment, and you start on the Free plan. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

How can I get started?

Create an account, submit your BM&DC registration for review, and once it is approved, add your chambers and start writing prescriptions.
